Our Story
The Ingredients
I believe that gastronomy advances steadily thanks to the fusion of cultures, a fusion that fusion begins from the change and adaptation in our customs, in our way of communicating, and that becomes even more evident than usual in food. There is where we discover and we adapt what we understand as our own, a new construction of sensations which we appreciate.
The ingredients of the seasonal menus in South American Experience come from different cultures, in addition to Latin America’s. Our fusion does not only correspond to the use of ingredients (and their mixture), but to the technique applied to the way dishes are prepared, essential part of the offer and identity of our gastronomic proposal.
